This past weekend felt like a big emotional come-down. I admittedly used work deadlines as a distraction after the news became clear last week. Once I had quiet downtime this weekend, I felt like I finally truly felt the emotional weight of last week. This week, I'm trying to take care of myself in small ways and keep things low-key.
