Happy Friday! What are you up to this weekend? I'm heading down to the Boston area for an engagement session this afternoon, then going over to a friend's new house and having dinner with her! Other than that, I plan to finish crocheting the scarf I'm working on and get outside for some sunshine at one of the many walking trails near us.

We said our final goodbye to our Quincy cat last week, who I adopted nearly 17 years ago when she was a kitten. It's been a really sad week, so I've been leaning into soft and joyful things. Like adorable photos of these two handsome unlikely buddies. This fun movie. And comforting words from this book. Â
