I LOVE All Adults Here. Pineapple Street feels so perfectly springy too! I’m almost done with Ready or Not by Cara Bastone and loving it for spring too!
It’s a slim novel and such a delight! I saw some criticism of it saying that it doesn’t feel like a novel set in present day, but those elements didn’t really bother me.
I will never get through one of your book round ups without putting multiple books on hold at the library! I love a UK setting, so immediately put in a request for You Are Here and the Life Cycle of the Common Octopus. You also reminded me how much I LOVED the Office of Historical Corrections and All Adults Here. I’m going to relisten to those this spring. Thanks for all the reading nudges, Michelle!
Adding The Clasp, Good Dirt, All Adults Here, Marrying the Ketchups, and The Life Cycle of the Common Octopus to my TBR, ASAP. Thanks for this, Michelle!
Hahaha, sometimes books have other plans for us. I’m glad you’ve found something that has completely enthralled you, though!
Every time I hear about The Last Animal I am so intrigued by the premise, maybe it’s time to pick it up!
I may be biased, but I think you should!
What a lovely list! Family Happiness is next on my list of Colwin novels to pick up.
Yes! I love your Colwin journey ◡̈

That cover just screams spring! I have to give her books a go.
I’m quite looking forward to reading Three Days in June!

You are so welcome, Jo! This comment made me so happy ◡̈
I’m excited to listen to Back After This, this spring! Linda Holmes books always make me think of spring time
Her writing is just so light and fun and fresh — perfect for spring!
My bookclub is reading Three Days in June for our April meeting, I’m excited to read it. 😊
Such a good pick for book club!
I hope so, and a big plus that Anne Tyler is a local author for my group.
A lovely list! And would not be mad if you posted a deliciously sunshiney photo post from your FL trip if you documented it 🌴👀🌞
Oh yes! I’ll be sharing some in my monthly round up this weekend ◡̈ I had to document the lovely color and sunshine!
YAY! 🫶🏼
